How Do You Know if Intrapreneurship is Right for You?

Intrapreneurship is not for the feint of heart, nor a solution to change personal issues.  For people frustrated in their place of work, each person must first be willing to change from within.  A suggested book is “Change It! – If you want to change your life, you have to change your life” by Dr. Bill Quain.  

You cannot just stick your toe in the intrapreneurship pool for a temperature test to see if it’s for you to resolve work environment issues.  Intrapreneurship is a passion that a person embraces 100% or not at all. This makes a job fulfilling, no matter what surrounding circumstances may prevail.
